When to go…
Any time is a good time. The summer months of December to February are particularly popular, but it can be pretty hot. If you are in Southern regions of Oz then this is ideal for bronzing those beach bodies on the many superb beaches, but do beware of the deadly Box Jellyfish! Northern Australia is more tropical and it is their wet season, which means humidity and plenty of rain.
Many prefer to travel in the alternative seasons of spring and autumn, when the weather is cooler and the magnificent wildflowers are in full bloom. The Outback and the mountainous regions are particularly delightful at this time of the year.
