Australia Visa

Choosing and applying for your Australia Visa can be time consuming and involve a lot of paperwork, so we aim to help you obtain and apply for your Visa quickly and competently. You will need a Visa to enter Australia, whatever the reason for travel. The Australian Immigration system is robust and because of this you must hold the relevant Visa for visiting, working /studying or living in Australia. Australia Visas have application prerequisites and requirements you must abide by whilst in the country. These limitations can restrict your length of stay and what you can do whilst there, such as working. 

Australia ETA Tourist Visa

Everyone who visits Australia, whether it’s for business or pleasure must hold a Visa (excluding Australian & New Zealand citizens) An Australia ETA Tourist Visa is a relatively simple Visa which allows you to stay for no longer than 3 months on each visit inside the validity of the Visa. ETA’s are valid for 12 months from the date the Visa is granted or the life of the passport if your passport expires sooner. An Australia ETA Tourist Visa is not designed for extended stays or working in Australia and so you may consider looking at other Visa options.

Australia ETA Business Visa

There are 2 types of Australia ETA Business Visa. Both restrict you to a maximum stay of 3 months per visit and both are for the same purpose of travel (educational meetings, networking, informal studies, seminars, conferences or conventions). The key difference is that the Business Short is valid for entry into Australia within 12 months of the date the Visa is granted, unless your passport expires earlier than 12 months.  The Business Long is for the life of your passport and so is ideal for frequent trips to Australia for the above business purposes.

Australia Working Holiday Visa

The Australia Working Holiday Visa is for the sole purpose of taking an extended holiday whilst doing casual work to subsidise the trip. If the Visa is granted you have 12 months from that date to enter Australia and once you have entered you can stay for up to 12 months. The Department of Immigration and Citizenship in Australia sets many rules and requirements for this Visa. Primary points to note are the age of the applicants being 18-30 years only and limitations on the length of employment with each employer and study. Health and character requirements must be met. You must also hold sufficient funds to support the initial part of the holiday and evidence of this must be provided.
